Never discontinue prescribed medication or doctor visits without consulting your treating physician. In case of acute complaints or doubt, we recommend that you seek professional medical help immediately.

Our treatments, such as acupuncture, are intended to supplement regular medical care and do not serve as a substitute for it.

Appointments
Appointments can be made by phone or WhatsApp. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details after scheduling your appointment. In the future, there may be systems on the website for automated appointment forms. The same policy will apply here.

Rates and Payment
Rates for treatments may vary depending on the type of treatment and your personal situation. Prior to the treatment you can always request information about the costs. For general treatments we use fixed rates that are listed on our website.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the fee.
• In case of force majeure, please contact us by phone.

Late Arrivals
If you cannot arrive on time, we ask that you notify us by phone as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your situation, but if your delay exceeds the agreed upon end time, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.

Liability
Alpha Acupuncture is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to follow advice, failure to cancel appointments in a timely manner, or other actions beyond our control.

Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
